End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Nathan Johnson, the developer of ActOnMac. By installing or using ActOnMac you agree to it.
License
When you buy ActOnMac you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ActOnMac version 1 and its 1.x updates on up to three (3) Macs that you own or control at the same time. You can move the license between your Macs by deactivating one and activating another.
What you may not do
- Share, sell, rent or publish ActOnMac, its installer or your license link.
- Remove or get around the activation or license checks.
- Reverse engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
Your files
ActOnMac works on files you select. It saves resized, compressed and converted images as new copies, and moves originals to the Trash before rotating or removing metadata. You're responsible for keeping backups of important data.
Third-party components
ActOnMac includes libwebp (© Google Inc., BSD license) for WebP encoding. Its license terms are included with the app's source distribution.
Updates
Version 1.x updates are included with your license. A future major version may be offered separately; your version 1 license keeps working.
Warranty
ActOnMac is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. See the Refund Policy if it doesn't work for you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data, and total liability is limited to the price you paid.
Termination
This license ends if you break these terms or your purchase is refunded or charged back. When it ends, stop using ActOnMac and delete it.
