These terms cover the actonmac.xyz website and buying ActOnMac. Using the app itself is covered by the License Agreement.
Who makes ActOnMac
ActOnMac is an independent product made by Nathan Johnson (“we”, “us”). Contact: nathanjhsn@icloud.com.
Buying ActOnMac
- ActOnMac is sold as a one-time purchase of a lifetime license for ActOnMac version 1, including its 1.x updates. It is not a subscription and you won't be charged again.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank may add currency conversion fees.
- Payment is handled by HandyPay and Stripe. After a successful payment you get a page with your download and activation link.
- Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Your license link
Your license page link works like a key: anyone who has it can download ActOnMac and activate it on your behalf. Keep it private. If you think it has been shared, email us and we'll replace it.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload or get around the purchase and licensing systems, and don't redistribute ActOnMac or license links.
Availability
We aim to keep the website and activation service available, but can't promise they will never be interrupted. Once activated, ActOnMac doesn't need the service to work.
Disclaimer and liability
ActOnMac and this website are provided “as is”. ActOnMac changes real files on your Mac, so keep backups of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for ActOnMac. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought ActOnMac continues to apply to that purchase.
