Refund Policy

If ActOnMac isn't right for you, you can have your money back.

14 days, no interrogation

Email nathanjhsn@icloud.com within 14 days of buying and include the email you used at checkout or your payment receipt. You'll get a full refund to your original payment method. A short note on what didn't work is welcome but not required.

What happens to the license

When a purchase is refunded, its license is deactivated on all Macs and the license page stops working.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are considered case by case, for example if ActOnMac stopped working after a macOS update and can't be fixed. Your rights under local consumer law are not affected.

Timing

Refunds are usually issued within a few days of your request. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
